Deborah Ribner
With over a decade in real estate, Deborah Ribner blends creativity with analytical precision, excelling at pricing, marketing, and problem-solving. Her deep expertise in the Upper East Side market—especially co-op transactions—makes her an invaluable guide through every step, including board package preparation.

Prior to real estate, Deborah worked in marketing at American Express and launched her own accessory line. A lifelong New Yorker, Deborah is dedicated to giving back, serving on Mount Sinai’s Women’s Auxiliary Board and supporting Linkage House. She has also served on her
co-op board for over 20 years, further honing her expertise in the approval process.
Lauren Starr
Lauren Starr, a New York City native, transforms real estate dreams into reality with her deep city knowledge, passion for people, and keen eye for design. With a background in architecture and photography, she effortlessly reimagines spaces and presents listings in their best light.
An expert in Upper East Side Co-ops, Lauren skillfully navigates the board approval process, ensuring a seamless experience for buyers and sellers. Her quiet confidence, patience, and persistence make her a trusted advocate, while her straightforward communication and integrity earn lasting client relationships.
Lauren studied art history at Brown University and holds a graduate degree in photography from the International Center of Photography. A former photojournalist, she now resides on the Upper East Side with her family. Outside of real estate, she’s a dedicated foodie, lifelong tennis player, and passionate supporter of causes like Sanctuary for Families and The Randall's Island Park Alliance.
